Ummm, isn't the trash container there to contain the trash?
Why do workers leave full bags of trash next to trash containers? If you have an idea, share it on our Message Board.
Note too that the trash container is starting to overflow with garbage as well.
I love the arrow graphic on the trash container to indicate where the refuse should go. We know where the trash should go, but does the management of Grand Central have a clue?
